Great place to get away from it all
We were there over Easter. Got in early Thursday. Basically had the pick of the spots. Once everyone else arrived I'm glad we picked where we did. I was worried about the lack of toilets, but they bought in portables on Thursday afternoon. We left Tuesday so basically had the park to ourselves by lunchtime Monday Considering the number of people that were there, it was a quiet enjoyable weekend. The beautiful creek wasn't too cold. I swam in it every morning about 7.00. Scenery was easy on the eye and it is close to Rathdowney. Only issue was limited access to the internet during the day when everyone was about. Therefore no devices. Fantastic. Off the grid. Loved that. Great weekend. I recommend a stay at this park.

Andrew Drynan Park
Really enjoyed the camping there. Cracking location with clear flowing creek which the kids loved. Loads of room for us to setup and enjoy the camp fire and kids to play. It did get busy but it was Easter weekend - however we still had loads of space and felt like we had escaped the rat race. Well kept grounds and toilets. Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful spot, loved the grassy camp areas. Amenities were clean and maintained. Very busy and hilly. Get in quick to get a flat spot. No phone reception, which was nice.

Andrew Drynan Park
I have been going to Andrew Drynan for almost 10 years now. I will never get sick of this spot. It is so beautiful and well kept. Barry the host and his wife do a fantastic job of looking after the grounds and the campers. Plenty of places to see around the area as well (if you're willing for a bit of a drive). Running creek is a great spot to take a dip in the mornings (or later in the day if that's not your thing)
