Welcome to Molalla Ripple! Enjoy the sound of the Molalla River rolling over the rocks. Wake up to birds chirping and tall trees swaying in the breeze. The campsites are sixty feet apart for privacy and one path leads to the river with two private beach areas to relax. NOTE, Please use the clean bathrooms provided. DO NOT USE THE WOODS or camp site as your bathroom room. Thank you, let's keep things clean and safe for others to enjoy! Jsm Ranch started in 2004 when we moved from Oregon City. This once was a working farm with two chicken barns and a meat locker barn. All had been fallen into disrepair before taking owner ship. In 2007 we planted 200 tree's and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality. From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands. You're only minutes away from the town of Molalla to grab a bite, groceries or other camp items. Also have Molalla Rodeo just 3 minutes away on July 1-4th. You won't be disappointed for a great breakfast at Tammy D's (Mulino, OR), sandwiches at Humble Pig or pizza at Bear Creek Pizza & Pub.

Beautiful spot right on the river. Had nice amenities like potable water and clean portable restrooms. Saw a lovely sunset and enjoyed our time despite the rain!

We loved our stay! James was super responsive via the app when we had a few questions. All of the campsites are very nice, you really can’t go wrong with any of them! The bathrooms are clean and you can still wash your hands at their soap station. Though you can hear some road noise it is not loud. I loved that the campground requires pets to be on leash and for those who want to let their dog off leash then they have the option to rent a sniff spot, this allowed me to feel relaxed with my pets and not have to worry about unexpected dogs wandering into my site. They have chicken at their property and one of them was a curious friendly chicken who came by to check in on us. The water is cold and moving quickly, can’t wait to come back! Thank you James!

Honestly very quiet and well maintained site. The property owner was very nice! Being right next to the river was so lovely. Also lots of furry friends around which were such a treat. Would absolutely go back!

The campsite was on a beautiful piece of property however the noise from the quarry nearby (trucks backing up and beeping, loud crashing) and other campers playing very loud music was very disruptive and hard to sleep through. The quarry (or whoever was making industrial noise between 10 pm and 7 am) was the most annoying. However, the shower and the bathrooms for the price? Amazing. You won’t find anything more cost effective near PDX.

Nice spot! Much bigger than we expected. It was very quiet back where we were, with very little road noise.

Don't want to support a host who is flying a thin blue line flag out front as one of the first things you see when you pull up. Felt super uncomfortable. You can hear cars on the road constantly and the view was of the neighbor's property across the water which wasn't as picturesque as the listing implies.
