The newly remodeled RV sits on the side of my house and has access to my backyard. There’s a small area of grass, patio with chairs, bbq and fire pit!
This part of town is home to Pilot Butte State Scenic Viewpoint, atop an extinct volcano with mountain trails and sweeping vistas of distant peaks.
Midtown is centrally located and close to everything! easy access to hwy 97, downtown, the river, parks, and eateries.
There are two "parks" walking distant from the house. Goodrich park (across 8th st) and Orchard park a few blocks away.
Downtown is rideable and walkable with being just 1.5 miles away.
The river is even closer. To check out a locals spot, go to 1st street rapids.
