"Hey, remember when we visited those really friendly people on a farm about an hour from Toronto? You know, they also had all those farm animals. That was one of the best nights we've ever had. Sitting around the fire and watching that sunset - AHmazing! Let's book another night there. HECK - let's bring the trailer and book a weekend!"*NOMINATED "BEST HIPCAMP RV SPOT IN CANADA" AND FEATURED ON BREAKFAST TELEVISION* 100 Acres Of Privacy - Inspirational View - Friendly Animals - Forests - Fields - Wildlife - Trails - Nearby Waterfall - Sunsets - Large Campfire Pit - Exhale..... Only an hour from Toronto, The Café Farm overlooks the beautiful hills of Caledon and fields of gold, green, or sometimes white. Lush maple forests surround our 100-acre farm and there are numerous hidden gems to visit in the area. (Art Galleries, Craft Breweries, Hiking Trails, Rivers, Quaint Cafés, Antique Markets, Spas, Golf Courses, Lavender Farms, Apple Orchards, and some of the most popular cycling circuits in Ontario.) Enter our private driveway, then with plenty of room to turn around, pull right up beside the 60 foot Scandinavian Fir trees and park your RV or trailer just steps away from your private fire-pit and campground area. Shade, sunshine and shelter from the wind - your campground has it all. And the mosquitoes are pretty minimal compared to camping in the bush. Sleeping in a tent? You'll be hard pressed to find an outdoor camping area with a better view as you lay your head down on your pillow and gaze out across the flat grassy lawn with the sunsetting over the valley right in front of you. Our horses will keep you company as the Big Dipper watches over you at night. But before you settle in for the evening, you could head out for a comfortable 50-minute walk (or a 15-min BYO bike ride) to a raging waterfall at the end of the Elora-Cataract Trail. Or just stay put and explore our shorter on-site trails. You might even want to walk down the road and try your hand at fishing (catch and release) in a pristine, spring fed river. There are some really unique places in the area to enjoy a friendly meal, or talk to us about using our BBQ for the evening and keep the camping experience going. (The grocery store is only a 9-minute drive from the farm.) We'll personally introduce you to our large, Swiss Warmblood horses (Monster and Viola) and their two miniature-horse friends (Sugar and Kiwi). Our miniature donkey might even Grace us with her presence. Don't forget to bring some apples or carrots for your new friends! And our 20+ chickens love visitors. Finally... the real decompression begins. Grab your favourite beverage and catch a stunning sunset on the grassy bank beside our massive wooden barn, built in the 1800's. Then... the evening fire pit is all yours. We even provide complimentary wood for your first campfire. (Talk to us about the possibility of enjoying other fires and accessing our limited supply of firewood.) If you're patient, you'll likely hear the coyotes howling off in the distance. And if you look up long enough, you'll probably catch a shooting star whizzing across the universe above you. Tranquility... And for breakfast, the local cafe is only a 3-minute drive into the tiny hamlet of Belfountain OR you could even stroll down the beautiful country roads (aprox. 30 min walk) to enjoy your specialty coffee and homemade breakfast or pastries right on the patio! We are country people who live simply and simply live! We've travelled the world and love meeting new people - like YOU! Happy to fill you in on all the best spots that us locals go to - and then we'll step back and give you your privacy. So come to The Café Farm - and exhale....... Drew *We breed Australian Shepherds. They'll be inside their large fenced in yard during the day, inside our house between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and will only have free run of the farm when you are off property. There will be some barking as they get used to seeing new humans arriving on the farm, but we will do our best to make sure they don't impact your stay during your quieter times. Like while you're sitting around the campfire at night, or sleeping. We love our animals, but we also love our guests! **Our Roosters are pretty, but get up before anyone else does in order to primp and style themselves for the chicks. We highly recommend bringing earplugs if you're not an early morning person.

A slice of Heaven 1 Hr from Toronto
Fabulous hosts Drew & Bev welcomed us with open arms and were very attentive. Take in a tour of the farm to meet the horses, ponies and their miniature donkey named Grace. Enjoy the vast open spaces, the crackle of a roaring fire while taking in the quiet beauty of the starlit sky complete with the howl of coyotes in the distance. We enjoyed farm fresh eggs and feeding the animals. A curated experience complete with Edison lights weaving a warm glow amongst the towering pines. Loved the rustic meditation teepee and meticulously maintained grounds! A true sense of pride and care invested in this farm. I highly recommend an escape to this beautiful property to relax, unwind and allow yourself to let go. A short distance away from the Elora Cataract Trailway you can hike or bike to the Forks of the Credit to take in a waterfall or head West to explore Erin. Whether it be sunrise by the barn or watching the sunset across the rolling hills this spot is a rare gem all within an hour of Toronto! Can’t wait for our next visit! Don’t forget to check out Higher Ground Cafe in Belfountain for fresh pastries and coffee too!

Amazing farm, stay + host
We just got our rv and this was only the second place we went but I think we are totally spoiled! We travel a ton in Canada and abroad and Drew’s farm and hospitality are unbeatable. Everything about our stay was perfect from the land to the location to Drew and his family. Not to mention the animals! Our 2 year old and 4 year old had the best time ever getting to feed and take care of the animals everyday. I couldn’t recommend this stay more!

It was a wonderful experience to camp at Drew's Farm for 2 nights. One group per stay, it's quite and priviliage to occupy the whole farm. Feeding the animals is the fun part in the morning. My kids can name each of the animals. Drew is very friendly. There is water, electricity, and a camping toilet.

Camping under the stars
What a lovely spot to stay and relax. Everything you need and more. Drew and Bev are fantastic host. Always there to help us if we needed anything. Drew even text us during our stay to ask if everything is going ok. How lovely is that. The animals on the farm are amazing! all so friendly too. Drew might even tell you the bunk beds story. Lovely sunset. Go and enjoy the space and scenery you will love it. Thank you Drew and Bev🙂🇬🇧

CAMP IN THE HAYLOFT OF A BARN
Peaceful and so close to home!
What a peaceful place so close to home. Drew is super friendly and so kind to take the time to show my kids around and take them to do the chores. This is our second trip and once again we have made such great memories. Also, there were a litter of puppies! So who doesn’t love puppy cuddles?
