We love Broken Bow (Hochatown) so bought a lot for our RV so we could enjoy year round. We now spend most of our time in Colorado so want to share this lot with others when we aren't there. This private one acre lot is for only ONE RV nearby Broken Bow Lake, OK (less than 2 miles away). This is a heavily wooded one acre lot comes with electric, septic and water. This lot is very close to the state parks and located in the area called Hochatown. The lot is less than 1/4 mile from the center of Hochatown but very private and quiet. There is a long level pad in the center of the lot. We have 50 amp power (30 amp if you have an adapter) for your RV.   There is a shed on the lot but that is for personal use. Our lot is right off Steven's Gap road on the way to the lake. If you like to fish the lake is less than 2 miles down the road and the river access is close by at Beaver's Bend State Park. The are is abundant with wild life with plenty to do and see.Private one acre lot for a single RV nearby Broken Bow Lake, OK This is a heavily wooded one acre lot with spetic, electric and water. Darbywoods RV park is in a pretty setting. Had everything we needed. Saw a few deer walking through the neighborhood. It was convenient to the state park and Hochatown. Enjoyed our stay there.

Martha was a great host and let us know about any potential problems, as well as answer all our questions. The site was well equipped with easily accessible hookups. At night, it was pitch black (a new experience for a city boy like me) with a symphony of crickets. During the day, you experienced the wind quietly rustling in the trees (and it is quiet there) . A great experience overall- thanks, Martha!

Great location, private, beautiful!
What a great find! We loved having the extra space and privacy instead of being in a typical RV park so close to others. This neighborhood has several other RV sites as well as cabins and yurts, but the way it’s set up we couldn’t really see or hear anyone, it felt very private. It was our 9 year old nephews’ first camping experience and he said it was the most awesome thing he’s ever done! ❤️ Big thanks to Martha for accommodating an early check in request. Very convenient location for everything we wanted to do (boating, restaurants, etc). The road to the site is pretty bumpy so just be aware. We had several cars come through while we were trying to back in which got a little stressful as we are still pretty new to this, but I think it was just bad luck because there wasn’t much traffic on the road otherwise. Saw quite a few deer and we *think* we saw (and heard) a mountain lion one morning, so just be aware! We’ll be back!

We love this space!
Beautiful space! Wonderful, accommodating hosts! Although small, it was a quiet lot and very lovely. Our kids loved all the crystals! We loved the motion sensor outdoor light on the shed. It was about a 15 minute drive to Beaver Bend State Park. We used AllTrails to locate a few fun trails. We recommend the Friends Trail and Tree Trail. Just a note - it’s really close to town but the nearest Walmart or store for necessities is about 18 mins away so come prepared! The little Hochatown Trading Post right outside the neighborhood has great coffee & cute gifts! Thank you, Ron & Martha, for sharing your slice of heaven with us!
