Our property is a small hobby farm. The meadow you will be camping in was formed in 1994 when hurricane Fran came through and laid down several acres of hardwood trees. The fallen trees were harvested and the land was cleared and a pond was built and a blueberry patch was planted. Enjoy a peaceful evening by the firepit and the beautiful starry nights. We have two very friendly farm dogs that do roam the property and will likely visit you. Chapel Hill, Mebane, and Hillsborough are all short drives from your campsite.Pitch your tent(s) in our private meadow with a small pond on our 21 acre property. Perfect in every way!

Simply amazing! The camp spot was private, quiet, easy to access, and the pond is full of plenty of fish eager to caught. Not to mention the sweet and friendly doggie who quickly became our camping buddy. We loved everything about our stay here and my kids won’t stop talking about it. We will be back time and time again. It really is the perfect camping spot! Thank you Phillip for the prompt and clear communications. We appreciate you sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Easter Weekend Escape

This was an excellent experience and we’d love to come back! Phillip was more than accommodating and even offered a refund due to some poor weather and iffy conditions on our first day. The meadow was amazing for spending the day outside to relax, and walking around the property was fun. There are plenty of amenities for campers to appreciate. Our two goldens had the time of their lives and were sad to go back to city living. The pond was a perfect way for them to cool off when the temps were high, but I suggest bringing a canopy or umbrella if you enjoy some shade! It was a beautiful stay and I’d recommend it to anyone!

Phillip's site is great. Excellent, precise directions to spot and to the amenities. Plenty of room to camp with firewood provided. You may explore a bit with a walk in the woods. Phillip was a great host.

Meadow was beautiful, had the whole space to ourselves, truly a relaxing weekend. Frogs were enthusiastically peeping at night, birds during the day, really nice. Outside shower water was hot. I feel like we'll be back again.

Great spot close to Chapel Hill / Durham, but felt secluded. It was nice to have an indoor bathroom and fridge a short walk away. We’ll be back!
