In the path of the April 8, 2024 total solar eclipse.
Our private property is nestled up against the NYS Unique Zoar Valley State Land. It includes an approx. 60 acres of wooded forest and approx. 4 acres of open grass area to immerse yourself in primitive camping style or bring a small RV/travel trailer. RV/Travel Trailer will be limited to a designated area due to clearances of driveways. 5th Wheels may be to large to maneuver at this time. Large spacious campsite areas and good for groups.
Great for hiking, bird watching and enjoying the view of nature.
Take a short drive down the road to enjoy lazy river floating, kayaking or fishing. The Cattaraugus Creek is known for its Steel Head fishing. The campsite is approx.. 1/2 mile to the view of the edge of the Valley.
Take in what you brought in. No dumping site on premise. However campers can use our local waste station that is located in the Village of Gowanda, approx. 6 miles from Zoar Valley Ridge. No electric or water hook ups available at this time. Only a Porta potty Available. No ATV's or motorized utility vehicles are allowed on premises.
