Our river front property along the Tioughnioga River is just a few miles off Route 81 in Whitney Point NY. Our tent camping/RV site offers primitive camping with 30 amp RV electric hook up, sewer hook up right at the camping area, and a water spigot (sediment and carbon filter) 200 feet from campsite. Water available (normally April through November depending on weather temperatures). Enjoy fishing, kayaking, and swimming right on the property, and visit Dorchester Park just minutes up the road.Pitch your tent on our 3 acre property and enjoy all the river has to offer. There’s a fire ring and picnic table right at the campsite. Watch the bald eagles and ducks fly in and land on the water, drop a line in to fish or go swimming. You can visit Dorchester Park just a few minutes up the road where you will find a beautiful lake where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boats, swim in the lifeguarded swimming area, fish, let kids play on the playground, and enjoy their paved walking path around the lake! All within minutes of the property, you’ll find the local BBQ place, the ice cream shop, and the local grocery store.

Riverside Camping Site

This was a beautiful spot to camp in Broome County. My trailer barely needed additional leveling where I parked. I would take my chair down by the river to read and it was so relaxing. Some nice short trails adjacent to the property. Well maintained lawn. No -potable water available behind one of the empty houses. There is a grocery store and a few fast food places pretty close by. I was able to get my propane tank filled at True Value right in town. I highly recommend visiting Dorchester Park. The walkway around the lake is beautiful. I would also recommend the Chenango Valley State Park. It was one of the nicest parks I have ever been to. The host was very quick to message back with any questions. There is steady traffic from the interstate, but it is far away enough that it was like white noise. Somewhat busy traffic on the road in back of the site between 7 am-7 pm. In the evening it was pretty quiet sitting outside by the fire.

Beth and her husband were very helpful! Extra accommodating! The area is very pretty and quiet. I enjoyed looking at the River alongside the campsite:)

Perfect spot

This little gem is a well kept secret! Perfect views water sewer and electric. We had very responsive hosts and I highly recommend! Can’t wait to re-book if they’ll have us. We are new to Rv world and had a few small hiccups which Beth our host talked us through. I can’t say enough good things about the site. The wildlife. Ducks, geese, eagle, a pair of loons just to name a few. Our dogs well. We had to tie them because they loved being in the river so much and wouldn’t come out. The views were gorgeous. There was a bit of highway noise but minor in comparison to everything you get

Riverside Camping Site

We were excited to find riverside camping conveniently located along our cross country route. It was a last minute find and Beth was quick to respond and helpful. The property was easy to find, private, well maintained, and lush with great river views. Unfortunately, the recent and current weather kept us mostly inside the camper. It was muggy and buggy! We did have a quick campfire for a sunset dinner, thanks to a fire ring and provided wood. Beautiful! Thanks Beth!
