Area was a working farm starting in the late 1800's but most farming stopped in the early 1990's and now consists of lush wetland , transitioning fields and mature forests. There are 3 ponds on the property and a large wetland area. Wildlife abounds and is a nature lovers dream. Property borders thousands of acres of state game land and offers endless outdoor opportunity.

Kayak, canoe and fish...Borders thousands of acres of state forest for more exploring, hiking and biking. Walk the trails and watch the birds in the marsh or find the wild apple trees and blueberries. We have kayaks, canoes and a paddle boat that can be rented for a small fee. Vehicle access to most of the of the property but if you camp on the waters edge You will have to walk in a little. (150' or so) 10 miles from Corning to the South or Watkins Glen to the north.
