Imago Forest is a beautiful bush block and biodynamic orchard near Mt Royal National Park. There are spectacular views over the valley and lake. Just 3hrs from Sydney. Some things to do on the property: * Sit back and take in the incredible views * Roast marshmallows around a campfire * Walk in gorgeous tall forests with some century old trees * Swim in the dam * Climb in the tree next to the cottage or in the cubby house * Tour of the permaculture mandala garden (when I'm around) About camping here: * 4WD and AWD access - all year around. * 2WD access - Oct-May in dry weather. (The Big Shed site is 2WD accessible all year) * Families are welcome * Well-behaved dogs are welcome * There is mobile phone reception at some of the sites. Sometimes it isn't fantastic, at other times you can stream Netflix. Maiden Jewel, Upper Hunter Valley

Maiden Jewel is a 720 acre Horse Stud. Nestled underneath the Wingen Maiden, this picturesque property is surrounded ironbark bushland with kilometres of trails, suited for horse riding, bush walking, mountain bike riding so be sure to check out our extras. Maiden Jewel Camping offers several different camping areas to explore. The Waterhole is a large communal area with 20 campsites to choose from. We have portaloos no showers. All dams is stocked with Silver Perch and Murray Cod. Feel free to cool off in the dam or paddle a kayak around. You will have access to all the trails by 4wd, bring the pushy or pull on the hiking boots. All campsites are pet friendly but remember to keep your dogs on leads. There is plenty of wildlife about that the dogs may wonder off. All booking for this campsites is under The Waterhole. Picturesque Maiden Jewel. Is the rest of the 720 acre property with over 50 campsites available, Private and Communal. The Long Flat situated at the front of the property with a short walk to a great swimming dam. This camping area is great for families that love to explore. This is a large communal site with large open spaces for kids to kick a ball around or have a game of cricket. Great spot for 2wd vehicles. when you camp at any of our campsites you will have access to the whole property including all of the Waterholes (Dams). If you are after one of our private sites and you're looking some peace and quiet. Please be sure to message us if you would like a private site. For the campers that are self sufficient we can offer some camp site with some spectacular views and just a short walk to dams for fishing or swimming. The View Campsite, Hillside Camp and the Bluff (private) YellowScone Horse Adventures are for the horse lovers to bring their own horses away to holiday together, we have a few different packages available. Camp and ride at your own leisure or for something different grab some friends and camp in one of our Bell tents and yes we can also cater for you on your stay. With horse yards and water for your your horses included all you may need is your horse feed and your refreshments. Check out our Buggy Property Tour. With our 6 seater Can-Am Buggy we can take 5 people for a tour around our property. While looking for all the wildlife you can see all of our horses and possibly feed some cattle. You will also be able to explore all the amazing campsite we have to offer. You will need to book a time for these tours as they are very popular. This tour is about an hour long covering approx 13 kms. $15 per person. Max 5 people. We are lucky to have an abundance of wildlife to rare species of bird life. We welcome guests to bring along their own horses with yards available allowing them to explore the trails we have on offer. The responses of people who have come to our property always say how breathtaking the scenery is and this is why we would love to share it with you and your family. Maiden Jewel is located below the Toworri National Park. We have lots to do from fishing, hiking, mountain bike riding or you can explore what the area has to offer so check out our extras.

The Barrington Tops National Park, State Forests, Chichester Dam, river systems as well as the historic and scenic character of the area provide for a stunning experience. There's plenty of sightseeing and exploring awaiting visitors to this area. The seclusion and privacy of Horseshoe camp allows for total relaxation in a beautiful rural setting providing an escape from the hustle and bustle of work and city life. We are a quiet camp and cater for like minded guests who enjoy nature and their own space. Horseshoe was originally a small dairy farm with a history going back to the 1800's. The land comprises fertile river flats surrounded by the Williams River. The higher land comprises mainly forested areas with some sites offering good views over the countryside. There are several campsites to choose from including some situated on the banks of the Williams River. Your choice and subject to weather conditions. Allowing only three sites to be occupied ensures privacy for our guests, Horseshoe camp is only 10 minutes drive, (7km) from Dungog township. Please note, our river sites may not always be available-subject to flooding or boggy access track.
