Recent Hipcampers say this Hipcamp is great for families and kids.
We are only 15 mins from Mount Warning and 30 mins from Byron Bay. There are plenty of National Parks, bushwalks, cycling paths, near by fishing spots and historical places to visit. The fantastic Northern Rivers Rail Trail is just across the road. We are located near the quaint village of Stokers Siding. Enjoy 13 acres of picturesque countryside with running creeks, lush green paddocks and a fruit orchid. We have very friendly alpacas who love selfies, and Scottish Highland cows (the ones with horns) who love meeting people. Set up your tent or park your campervan on the edge of a bubbling brook shaded with lush foliage overhanging from the trees. We only offer two sites for your peace and privacy. There is access to a portaloo. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own shower, and drinking water. Please respect the environment and take everything with you when you leave. Please note: - We are dog friendly - No amenities so campers must be self-contained and leave no trace - Split firewood available to purchase in advance by the wheelbarrow load. Please do not collect wood from the property. - Campfires permitted in designated areas when restrictions aren't in place Directions to our property will be sent with your booking confirmation. Please don't hesitate to message us if you have any questions.

Beautiful spot
A Beautiful spot so close to the rail trail and with a lovely creek to cool off in after the ride. The site was spacious with plenty of flat areas for tents and trailers and a big fire pit with timber delivered to your site if you want. Our group realy enjoyed our stay.

Great for unwinding
Lovely spot to unwind. We loved the birdsong in the morning, much better than your alarm! Well maintained, access to the gazebo and portaloo if needed. Little bit of road noise but otherwise very peaceful. Great place to do nothing or get active riding the rail trail. Advertised as having highland cattle and alpacas, however not sure if they were in a different paddock at the time, but we didn’t see any during our stay. Do recommend.

Site 2 - The Grove
Good base for rail trail
Great spot as a base for doing Rail trail or things around the region. If you're looking to just stay put at camp, probably not the best choice. Site 2 is more private. Site 1 feels like camping in someone's backyard. Both sites have access to the toilet so don't let the alert you get RE site 2 on the app scare you. Area and toilets all very clean and well maintained.

The camp was well maintained and the creek was gorgeous. We had great privacy during our stay. The rail trail is just over the road and we had a fantastic ride followed by a pleasant swim in the creek. The gazebo and bbq looks nice though we didn't use it. Drove 7km to the pub at Murwillumbah for lunch. A good stay.

This camp spot is in a lovely part of the world. You do hear the occasional car pass as well as bikes and joggers on the bike trail, but they are far enough away not to worry you. We camped directly next to the creek and saw it change in height and speed after a large storm went over. It is a wonderful place to stay.
