Rise above the crowds on this misty mountain ridge property. Hike down to the seasonal creek or through the secret grass tree gully. If you're quiet enough you may also see an echidna or koala, along with plenty of other native animals. It's more suited to those who prefer to go without, or are self totally sufficient as there are no amenities available. 4WD access only. Sorry, no pets. Campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place. There's plenty of dead wood available to help yourself to (can't guarantee supply).A nice place to kick back and watch the campfire and the views. Very basic pit toilet available or BYO. Comms with Dean the owner were very well received & excellent directions given for the approach. This is lovey serine private spot up the hill, 30k away from the nearest town, great views, you definitely need a 4WD vehicle and confident experience of offroad driving to reach the top campsite, we only made it half way up the hill on our 1200cc Adventure Motorbikes with our average offroad experience, still we managed to camp on flat ground and had a great experience, recommended for the 4WD connoisseur, enjoy.

Beautiful spot
Beautiful location, so peaceful. The instructions to get there were great, we arrived after dark which made getting in a little worrying on the 4WD track but we found our way. I wouldn’t go up in wet weather but in the dry the 4wd track up is good. Would go back for sure !

Owner provided easy directions to the site and the area was extremely clean with plenty of firewood around. Would highly recommend this place

Peaceful bushland setting away from the crowds, perfect for birdwatching (keep an eye out for the beautiful Scarlet Robin) and relaxing around a campfire. The microbats in the evening providing entertainment with their acrobatics chasing the moths. Need to be fully self sufficient.
