Learn more about this land: Here is a beautiful wide-open 160 acre site in the Socorro High Desert with wonderful scenic views of the Magdalena Mountains to your North and the Colorado River Basin to your South. ⛰🚵‍♀️ Excellent terrain for ATVs and Jeep’s! 🌵🏍 Feel free to bring wood and start a fire. 🔥 Amazing Stargazing Opportunities! 🌌 Perfect for a Peaceful Trip in Nature. 🍄 Plenty of safe space to do whatever you want, just be mindful of the Land and your Neighbors. ⛺️ Brief Directions for Those Without Internet: 1. After you get off the I-25 and onto Hwy 178 (also known as Willow Springs Ranch Road), take it northwest into the desert about 2 miles. You'll soon pass a major four-way intersection in the dirt road and see a house to your right, keep going. 2. Coming up on your left you'll see another structure (labeled Highland Springs Ranch on Google Maps). Pass them too. 3. Shortly after that (about 1 mile past the initial four-way intersection), you'll see a wide dirt road shoot off too the left, pass it. 4. Up ahead, the road splits into Coyote Springs Rd. Just keep to your left and stay on Highland Springs Rd (Hwy 178). 5. After another mile or so you'll see another dirt road shooting off to the left. Pass this road too. 6. Continue up Hwy 178. You'll pass a couple more dirt roads shooting off to your right until you finally reach an offset four-way intersection. So close! Turn left here and continue another 2600ft/0.5mi down this street and voila, you've arrived at the top right corner of my property (on your left). It's huge, so feel free to roam! This road is technically called Sunset Vista, but it won't appear on any maps and there's no signage, so do with that information what you will. Here is a beautiful wide-open, mostly flat, 160 acre site in the Socorro High Desert with wonderful scenic views of the Magdalena Mountains to your West and the Colorado River Basin to your East. ⛰Excellent terrain for ATVs and Jeep’s! 🌵🏍 Nice compact soil great for mountain bikes. 🚵‍♀️ Feel free to bring wood and start a fire. 🔥 Amazing Stargazing Opportunities! 🌌 Perfect for a Peaceful Trip in Nature. 🍄 Plenty of safe space to do whatever you want, just be mindful of the Land and your Neighbors. ⛺️ And PLEASE Take Pictures! 📷 People often have difficulty finding the property. Unfortunately, many of the sign have been knocked down in the area. Here are what I hope are non-confusing, step by step, directions. Take the I-25 South towards San Antonio Take Exit 124, San Marcial, you’ll hit a Stop Sign at the end of the offramp and a perpendicular dirt road called Willow Springs Ranch Road, although you might not see a sign. Turn right. Eventually as you keep driving down the dirt road/Willow Springs, you’ll see some houses off to your right in the distance. Once you get closer you’ll come across a four-way intersection (the crossroad is called High Lonesome) and a big sign that says “Information Center” - pass it and keep going. Soon you’ll come across another house on your left that has a sign that says “Information Office” - Google identifies this place as this “The Brook Companies - Highland Springs Ranch” Further ahead, a small road shoots off to left, pass this too. Even further ahead is a road that shoots off diagonally to the right called “Coyote Springs Dr” pass this too. Continue past ANOTHER road to your left Next, you’ll see a road sign on your right that says “Mountain View”… pass it. You’ll notice a fence and a big white cylinder in the field to your right, keep going until you pass over metal grate on road. You’ll see a road on your right, it’s actually someone’s driveway so pass it. You’ll come across a final four-way intersection, but it’s offset so that it bisects Willow Springs Ranch Rd diagonally. This road is called Sunset Vista. This is my street. You might see a sign that says “Shsh-shhh Antelope Grazing”. Take the left turn. Keep going until you pass over another grate/cattle guard on the ground. Soon you’ll see three small cairns/stacks of rocks to your left. Everything to the right of these rock stacks is my property. The approximate coordinates of this upper corner are 33.79001, -107.06958. If you continue down Sunset Vista another 2500ft or so, you might see a big white survey pole sticking out of the ground that marks the far-upper corner.

Pristine High Desert Wilderness
A Stellar Weekend Getaway
Our trip to Pristine High Desert Wilderness during the weekend the Trinity site was open in October was nothing short of exceptional. This site, conveniently located near the north gate, was a perfect match for our adventure, offering wide-open spaces, serene silence, and exceptional stargazing due to zero light pollution. The mountain backdrop added to the beauty. Be aware of roaming cows and cow manure, bring your water, and keep an eye on the weather. In our group of 7, we had a fantastic time.

Pristine High Desert Wilderness
I’m from out of town, came in at dark and suck with directions so I really struggled finding this place. To anyone who’s in a similar situation keep searching, the land is worth it and Thomas will help you the best he can. I’ve never seen so many stars, it was breathtakingly beautiful.

Pristine High Desert Wilderness
Gorgeous Sunset
Lots of space, but not too much flat area. Was kind of hard to find, but after asking the host, the site was found easily. The sunset and sunrise were both some of the most gorgeous I’ve seen.

Pristine High Desert Wilderness
Excellent campground, great getaway
I've recently started taking my girlfriend grocery shopping since I have a car and she doesn't. We've been together for about a month. At the checkout I noticed how unhealthy most of the food she bought was. A lot of instant ramen noodles, biscuits, beers, ice cream, pizzas, chicken wings, full sugar coke, a bottle of vodka, Poptarts, and such. (You get the idea) I never thought she'd eat like this at home because she has a very good figure. Meanwhile I mostly just bought vegetables and meat for cooking, some fruits, rice and noodles. I'm into weightlifting so I'm conscious of what I put into my body. Afterwards I told her i couldn't believe she could live on these things and told her how bad it was for her. It was pretty much time for remedial time to reset our bodies and health, destination picked: New Mexico. Pristine Wilderness was then booked promptly. She said to me it was just what she liked and she couldn't be bothered with cooking or eating vegetables. I can't believe it, she's literally 26 and has the diet of an unsupervised 9 year old. I asked her if she didn't realize how bad these were for her and she said she was exercising to keep in shape so it was fine. And she said I didn't see her complaining about how I was eating too much meat for instance. While sort of hot and empty, the campsite was clean and a joy to stay at. Its beautiful and secluded in just the ways youd want. I will be returning again as price was fair and the host Thomas was great
