A True Cold War Relic..Missile Silo
What a unique experience! Getting to tour around the silo and speak with both Gary and Raul was really an awesome intro to the property. And the night sky views are fantastic! Highlight camping spot of our six month trip around the USA

A True Cold War Relic..Missile Silo
Our stay at Gary's Atlas missile silo was truly unforgettable. What better place to witness the marvel of a "ring of fire" eclipse than from a site so deeply woven with history? Our host and tour guide, Raul was not only knowledgeable but brought the stories and significance of the silo to life, ensuring we left with a newfound appreciation for the place and the era it represents. The silo's location was complemented by the convenience of being able to stay in our RV and be near Roswell. A big thank you to both Gary and Raul for preserving and sharing such a unique piece of history with us. Highly recommended for those seeking an unconventional, educational, and awe-inspiring camping experience!

Hidden gem!
I absolutely loved the place. If you are into this tech or area of history it will be a hit. We were a group of five guys that had driven 1500 miles to see an eclipse and stumbled upon this place at the last minute. It couldn't have been better.

Loved it
What a great tour! Loved how much Raul loves the history of the silo. We were there for the eclipse and the viewing was perfect. Perfect weather for camping even in mid-October.
