This cabin sits on a ranch that's been in this breathtaking valley for generations. There are six other amazing cabins spread throughout the 40 acres. We are only 14 miles from Manzano Mountains and about 31 miles from Salinas Pueblo Missions National Park. This particular cabin was once a pig barn and this ranch was once a fully operational ranch that served its owners and community so well. Wide open fields with grass that sways in the gentle breeze, pinon a cedar trees that provide cover to the deer that graze and bed down across the property and some of the most stunning views come together to create an experience that will stick with you an entire lifetime. 4WD is recommended to reach the cabin safely. We purchased this ranch in the winter of 2021 and are just so grateful for the chance to love and care for it...and share it with YOU! Provided there are not fire bans, enjoy snugging up to a warm campfire.

COTTAGE CABIN on 40 Acre Ranch

Great little cabin getaway!

We loved staying in Alicia’s cabin! It was super cozy and adorable and a perfect place for a family getaway to spend time together! We plan to go back again so we can explore the property more! Alicia was a great hostess and made everything incredibly easy! WAY better than a hotel stay!!

COTTAGE CABIN on 40 Acre Ranch

Cabin No. 4

Spent our gals weekend at Alicia's cozy cottage, it had everything you need away from home. Alicia was super attentive host and made our stay wonderful. We walked the property, saw beautiful views, built great campfires, and just enjoyed the time in peace and quiet. The old time wood stoves were in great shape and worked so well keeping us warm. The overall amenities were well kept and we hope to return next year!

Perfectly Primitive Log Cabin

I am so incredibly grateful for Alicia and her lovely cabins. She saved the entire trip! Everything was going wrong until i found this place. Instantly, i felt at home. I was able to run to the hwy with my dogs every day, and I felt safe and welcome. The weather was freezing for NM standards, but the cabin held heat amazingly well, I let the fire go completely out a few times because I was actually hot a a couple of the nights. I stayed here for several days. Sad to leave.
