Learn more about this land: Our property encompasses 3 different campsites: 1.) Camp with Stone Fireplace - a private gravel clearing with functional stone fireplace on an 11 acre parcel. 2.) A Frame to Rest In - a new addition which is a tiny A-Frame structure close to, but separate from the Fireplace site and shares a driveway. 3.) Easy Come Easy Go - right off 302 and has a circular gravel driveway easy for RV pull-in with a picnic table and fire ring. --------------------------------------------- Located in Bethlehem at the top of the White Mountains close to endless hiking and biking. Both downtown Bethlehem and Littleton are within a 15 minute drive, supplying many choices for food and shopping. Rainy and need more options? Take the beautiful 1 hour drive to North Conway and visit the big outlet stores. Want more scenery and hiking? Take the 25 minute drive down to Lincoln and travel the amazing Kancamagus Scenic Byway (Route 112). This is 56 miles through the White Mountains with no gas stations, so you might want to top off while in Lincoln. Twenty minutes east you can get to the Mount Washington Cog Railway and will pass the Mount Washington Hotel on the way. Fifteen minutes south and you can be at Franconia Notch State Park.

Camp with Stone Fireplace

I loved camping on Ryan’s land. Well maintained and nice extras like a built up rock fire pit, graveled areas, picnic table, chairs, box for firewood. It felt private but not completed isolated from civilization. He was always just a text or phone call away. I’ll definitely return.

Camp with Stone Fireplace

Ryan’s site was just as described: it felt private and secluded, had an awesome functional space and picnic table, and was convenient for our needs (snowboarding in the white mtns). There was plenty of space to set up tent and level ground. Ryan was responsive, and checked in to make sure the night went well after a passing storm left us with a good 10” of snow. Great stay overall, will definitely be back!

Camp with Stone Fireplace

This campsite was the perfect place for my dog and I. She loved exploring the woods and there was plenty of cell service and quiet for me to get some work done while camping. Really easy to get to and not too far from trailheads, restaurants and grocery stores, but also very private!

Easy Come Easy Go

The camp site was well maintained and gave great privacy. The location in relation to the White Mountains was great. The hole area was breath taking. I wish I had booked more days to see and enjoy all the things to see and do.

Camp with Stone Fireplace

Perfect getaway

This place was awesome!!!!! First of all the communication Ryan has is simply incredible, texted me the day of my arrival with more directions and letting us know the firewood was ready. We arrived later than expected but found the place super easily! This place Ryan shares with HipCamp is beautiful and he has this area fixed up so perfectly with a place for both cooking and fire! The space is both level and super cute! My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely be back if ever in this area again!!!! Thanks Ryan for making our stay perfect!!!
