Spectacle Pond RV Site is nestled in the picturesque small New England town of Croydon NH, located in the Dartmouth/Lake Sunapee Region.
Booking:
Please read all the provided information to make sure the RV site is a good fit for your vacation needs. If there is an issue with your stay that would prevent you from ranking it five stars, please give us a chance to address it.

Please be mindful of COVID-19 travel mandates in New Hampshire.
The space:
The RV site features a level grassy area for your RV overlooking Spectacle Pond. Sit outside on Adirondack chairs and enjoy the pond view and abundant wildlife (Bald eagles, heron, deer, various types of birds, ducks, otters, minks, etc.)
In season kayak rentals are available during your stay for an additional fee. Please contact us for availability.
NH is mountainous and cell phone reception is often intermittent. No land line is available. Verizon has better cell service. Good time to unplug and enjoy New Hampshire for what it has to offer. No Internet or Wi-Fi at this property.
Not pet friendly.
Location:
The RV site is easily accessible from the road. Onsite parking for two vehicles.
Close to nearby lakes and ponds to enjoy, kayaking, fishing, boating, hiking and many other outdoor activities.
Easily located off of I-89.
ATV's are allowed on certain roads and are able to tie into Class VI roads and trail system.
Guest access:
We offer contactless check-in. We are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We are off-property, but located just down the road. We are knowledgeable with the surrounding area, feel free to ask questions. Call or text.
House Rules:
- Guests are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement prior to arrival.
- Minimum age to rent is 25 years of age. No exceptions.
- House Rules must be followed
- Quiet time is between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am
- No fires, fireworks, loud noises
- Parents should be aware of where kids are at all times and young children should be supervised when on waterfront areas, beachfront, boat launches or boating and always have life jackets on when involved in boating or waterfront activities
- Parents take full responsibility for their children in all waterfront activities and boating
- Not pet friendly
- Security Deposit - if you damage the site, you may be charged up to $500
