Farm store
Offers products directly sourced or produced on the farm.
This is a 200 year old farm filled with life. There are well groomed areas and other more wild areas. We are on almost 13 acres of land that attracts all forms of natural wildlife. In addition, we have alpacas, pigs, sheep, dogs, a cat and chickens. There is a beaver pond on the lower property. The beavers used a piece of land that was made into a bowl shape by a glacier. Each site includes a place to sit and eat (ie. picnic table), fire pit and just breathtaking views. Campers can drive into and park at their site. Each site is separate and private from other sites. We are 15 minutes from Highland Mountain Bike Park and Bank of New Hampshire Pavillon and 10 minutes from Laconia. We have two outdoor showers that are very rustic and open and the water is the temperature of the surrounding air. This is an active farm that has an operating butcher shop on the premises. We have a farm store offering a variety of items for sale including eggs, honey, rubs and much more. There is a microwave available to the campers in the farm store as well. Each site will be given a bundle of fire wood on the house, additional wood is for sale. You are welcome to participate in farm work. Coffee (from a local NH roaster), tea, hot chocolate and potable water (from the faucet) will be available daily. We are a farm family with young children so large and rowdy or drinking parties are very heavily discouraged. We are located in central New Hampshire right next to a pancake house. There are hiking trails, Lakes, mountain biking, water park (coming soon), e-biking and more within a 15-30 minute drive.

Beautiful stay
This campsite is really nice and really quiet! Some things I didn’t know before booking: this is right next to the host’s home. At first I was concerned that it would impact my experience, but it didn’t really. There is a wafting smell of farm animals at this site, I took a walk around and didn’t smell it at the other sites, even the one next to the alpacas. Once I went inside my tent, I didn’t notice the smell. There’s a room that guests can access in the home with local coffee, tea, a microwave and water. This is so nice to have when you’re camping! They also sell canned goods they made, I bought apple butter! Amanda and her husband are so kind! I really enjoyed chatting with them. Definitely recommend this stay.

A hidden gem!
Had an amazing time! We stayed at a site inside the alpaca pen. It was very quiet! We got to walk around the grounds and check everything out whenever we wanted. Amanda and family were great and gave us a tour of the grounds and the camp store. We really enjoyed our stay and definently will be back!
