I recently bought this place to realize my dream of owning land and sharing it with like-minded people. I have fallen madly in love with it already and I’m just getting started! I have cleared space for a great campsite to maintain privacy and river access for all. Looking forward to you falling in love with it too!Pitch your tent by your own PRIVATE river and campsite! Access to a fire ring. Short walking distance down a red paver path (careful of the occasional wobbly paver!) and along the river. Close to Bear Brook state park (largest state park in NH) where there are plenty of hiking trails and lakes to explore. 15 minutes or so from the Pawtuckaway park with trails and rock climbing. EVO climbing gym in Concord 20 min away and a trampoline park if the weather turns unbearable! Great local restaurant the Lazy lion is 15 min away for some delicious cuisine!

Chickweed's Favorite

The river by the campsite was so so peaceful and calming to fall asleep to. You can hear the cars drive by, but past 11 it calms down. Had a evening by the fire! Briana was very nice!

Pretty and flat little camping spot in a clearing next to a creek! We had a fire in the firepit and slept under a beautiful fir tree with the stars and the sound of the water. You can see the lights and road as a heads up to people who want to feel more remote, but we were just looking for a convenient spot to walk into for one night and this was perfect. Great communication as well; thank you Briana!

Not remote

The host was nice and offered to let us check in a few hours early. However this site more like back yard camping. For the site we can hear and see cars, gas stations and houses. Not very remote. We ended up going to the national forest

We really enjoyed our time at camp. The f directions were clear and Briana was very responsive. We made a great fire to help with the cold weather which was perfect. Would recommend!

Great communication. The site was lovely. I would recommend if you want to try out camping and didn't want to be to far from amenities.
