A semi-tamed farm bottomland by a creek, with a little enchanted forest. Very Private. a Field is available and adjacent property is all farmland. Trees are adolescent on the flat part, and old growth on the hills. There is wild life from birds to coyotes to bears so exercise caution with pets..Pitch tents in the little forest, there's a fire ring for camp fires. the entire area is very private and peaceful. Down the road is a rock quarry and they can be a bit noisy sometimes. be careful for the collapsed barn, it is not safe. campers can stay in the campsite, or explore the property. there are the usual dangers of the woods in the southern wild including snakes spiders and ticks so exercise your common sense and bring bug spray. This is Hesse family land dating back to the early 1800's and is lush with native vegetation. It is close to roads that access lake Keowee, and the mountains.
