Great stay here. We rented a camper off RVShare and had it delivered to the spot, which we knew from previous annual trips to the area that it would be a perfect location for us.
Esch Beach, Treat Farm Trail, Platte River floating, Shipwreck Cafe, and an afternoon in Glen Arbor are all within easy reach!
Quiet spot, low/no traffic road right off M-22.

We tried calling as soon as we got there and no response on where to go. Did not look like the pictures, was extremely far from the beach and right on the road. We ended up leaving and staying at an RV park that thankfully could get us in.

The location was great. Short drive into Empire (and to the Platte River) as well as a trail point at the west end of the road which leads to some excellent views of Lake Michigan. Electric & water were a definite luxury to have. It does feel a bit awkward camping in the yard with house / garage adjacent to the site, but given the proximity to everything a trade off worth experiencing.
