Drooling Moose Hideaway Tent Site 1
It's just a great, quiet camping spot. Very few vehicles or other noises to distract from the natural surroundings. Probably better suited for hammock sleeping than for tent sleeping. The sound of the stream in the distance definitely contributed to an excellent night of sleeping outdoors.

Solid primitive site, and the picnic table was an unexpected bonus. There are plenty of trees for hammock camping. Our site wasn’t near the river, but we made the most of the surrounding area. There’s an AMAZING waterfall just down the road—thanks for the suggestion, Brian—and there’s a spring with potable water on Pleasant Ridge Rd. Brian was a good host, checking in early-on to make sure we had dry wood and a good set-up, and we really enjoyed our stay!

I loved the site. It is on an incline and hard to find anywhere in campspot to comfortably or safely put up tents due to rocks and other objects. We set up our tents near road in flat grassy area near road and just hung out in the camp area. Not sure that was how it was meant to be set up but it worked perfectly.
