Bloomington is rich with musicianship, and our brilliant local players Atom Heart Mother will perform Pink Floyd’s "Dark Side of the Moon" in its entirety, starting at 11:30 AM on Monday. Don't be late for the show. Camping is available for those traveling in for the eclipse at a nominal fee of $25 per vehicle, whether it's a tent or RV. Please note that camping is primitive; we don’t have any hook-ups or services besides porta-johns. However, the area is beautiful, safe, and quiet. Services can be found in Ellettsville, just five minutes away, and Bloomington, just 10 minutes away. Join us for this once-in-a-lifetime eclipse experience. With fertile farmland, rolling hills, and lush greenery typical of the Midwest, Sullivan sets the stage for splendid Indiana camping getaways. Just northeast of town, Sullivan County Park and Lake is a convenient family-friendly option for all kinds of campers. Pitch a tent on wooded campsites with minimal amenities, or choose RV sites with up to 50-amp electrical hookups and bathhouse access. Fishing cabin rentals provide excellent access to the 461-acre lake, which is well stocked with hybrid saugeye, walleye, and bluegill. Don’t forget to check the event calendar for festivals and other activities throughout the camping season. For hikes through carved canyons, head about 60 miles north to Turkey Run State Park. Find powered campsites and amenities like water fill stations, vault toilets, and a convenient camp store. The numbered hiking trail network is especially noteworthy, especially the paths through sandstone cliffs and hemlock groves. Trail 3 is rugged, weaving between the steep walls of Rock and Bear hollows.
