Pegasus Landing is a farm in Ocala Florida. Located just a few miles from the new World Equestrian Center and 8 miles West of Ocala, Florida in a farm preservation area. No noisy highways. Peaceful surroundings and quiet nights. The farm has young visiting thoroughbreds, a donkey, and goats which are friendly for children to visit. RV sites are flat with 50-Amp electric, water, sewer, and WIFI.Pegasus Landing is a farm in Ocala Florida established in 1977 with a log home. Various varieties of birds and animals can be seen as well as interaction with our horse, donkey, and goats. Nearby is the new World Equestrian Center (WEC) which hosts a variety of horse related competitions as well as many other activities. Most events are free at the WEC. Rainbow Springs and Silver Springs are nearby. Enjoy an RV site with electric, water and WIFI. No noisy highways. Peaceful surroundings and quiet nights. The farm has young visiting thoroughbreds, a donkey, and goats which are friendly for children to visit.

We loved staying on Ernest’s land. Our host was there to meet us when we arrived. He was super nice and gave us a lot of information about the area. We enjoyed the horses and donkey. Had plenty of room and was very quiet. Our host was so thoughtful and kind when our 16 year old dog crossed over the rainbow bridge. We will stay here again!

Ernest’s property is in a lovely neighborhood with many horse farms. We enjoyed peddling our bikes throughout the large neighborhood and along the many trails in the surrounding areas. The World Equestrian Centre nearby had several free events including horse jumping and a home show. We felt safe and we relaxed in the quiet of the property.

Great Place to Stay

We were attending our friend's daughter's high school rodeo in the area and found Ernest's property on HipCamp. We liked that it had full hookups. We really enjoyed our stay on the property and Ernest was very kind. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great place to stay! The hosts are very warm, friendly and welcoming. We loved seeing the goats, horses and the sweetest donkey ever. Thank you so much for a wonderful long weekend!

Camping on Ernest's site was great! There were two other campers nearby, but it was very quiet. Highlights were - easy to get to, beautiful night skies, and meeting the farm animals with kids. Great hosts.
