And also has about .75 acres of thick wooded area for a great forest feel on the property. Only one 50 Amp connection but if you have a generator or are tent canping I have many locations to camp

You may see them from time to time through the trees. The other side of our land is a national reserve. So there’s plenty of nature to tune out any noise.
