10 acres of open land! Horses on site, along with a 2,000 sq ft covered space perfect for getting shade on a hot day. Recommend bringing chairs. A few trees within the horse pasture and a small patch of woods line the back of the property. There's a 50 amp RV hookup and dump station on site as well!10 acres of open land in the middle of booming Jacksonville! We don't live on site so you'll have the whole 10 acres to yourself. Horses roam most of the property but are fenced in and very friendly. As you drive down the long driveway you'll see a covered structure in the back, big enough to fit your RV or park more than several cars. 50 amp electric hookup AND dump station is available on site as well. Happy camping!

First camping trip

We loved our stay. Everything as described, although we couldn't use the covered area because it was too far from the hook ups. Our pups loved the open land to safely run and play. Too bad the weather was extremely hot to spend much time outdoors but we did enjoy it. Thanks for letting us stay!!

The land was awesome! Waking up to horses in the morning was by far my favorite. It was honestly a sight unlike I’ve ever seen before. My dog was having a blast. It’s a great space for a quick over night stop, a weekend or more! So comfortable and awesome location. 10/10 recommend!!

This site is a gem on the outskirts of Jacksonville. A plot of land used to keep horses that is quiet and lovely. The fact that it has a full hook-up is a bonus. In the morning we had breakfast at a nearby restaurant and visited a thrift store. We then made a side trip to a park on the other side of Jacksonville with a challenging trail and enjoyed it very much, especially the view of the river. The horses came over to us on our last night and in the morning before we left. They certainly liked the apples we offered them.

Nice quiet, fairly private site 30 minutes from Jacksonville. Expect the horses to say Hi! Would visit again.

The directions were clear, the property was lovely - especially considering we could park our camper under a roof. The nearby horses were entertaining to watch. Loved the quiet setting.
