Only 2.5 blocks away from the Boardwalk and long stretches of amazing beaches along the peninsula. Easily accessible via the A Train Subway, buses, car and the ferry from Wall Street (shuttle bus drops you off by the Marina). Right outside the Q22 bus, direct to Jacob Riis Beach and Fort Tilden. The houseboat is lovely all year round! Puzzles and board games are available on the boat for rainy days, and the Marina itself is surrounded by nature and a perfect spot for boat and bird watching.
