Crushed gravel pad. Full hookup. And a stunning view. Easy to find and to get in and out.

Highly recommend!
Very private with beautiful views! 10 minutes to downtown Cortez with great restaurants and 30 minutes to the Mesa Verde National Park.

Easy to find and pull in. Fairly level. Even had a plum tree right on the site. Watched the squirrel eat plums that had fallen. Super dark skies at night for good star gazing.

Close to main hwy, water, electric and sewer, host was very responsive. Visited Mesa Verde SP, several other spots nearby. Dolores and Cortez are nearby cities.
