Learn more about this land: Come stay in a cozy boho vintage camper with views of the mountains on one side and farm animals on the other! Fully equipped kitchen, medium sized fridge, electricity, WiFi, and a state of the art composting toilet. In the winter months there is heat provided by a space heater. Unfortunately there is no running water in the winter but you can access potable water from a spigot 10 feet away. Pick veggies from our abundant organic garden when they’re in season. Great Stay

Very good directions. The stay was private despite others on the property. We appreciated the extra essentials like cups and some silverware.

Perfect camper! Beautiful and simple style, very comfortable. In a quiet area about 20mins drive from Boulder. Loved the little town of Niwot for its excellent grocery store!

Nice location - quiet and peaceful in evening. There are homeowners on site and a long term RV renter on site as well - everyone is friendly. Cute dogs and goats. RV doesn’t have running water but Hana has a decent system for getting around that. Comfortable bed. Decently outfitted kitchen.

Cozy Boho Camper

For us, this was a case of camping 15 min away from home, simply for a change of pace. The location was great for us to ride bikes to Niwot, and for us tent campers, staying in a camper top was luxury compared to our usual routine. Given the cozy space, we were careful to respect the setup as Hana was a wonderful host throughout. We'll probably do this again!

The camper was very comfortable and Hana was very responsive! Kept plenty warm with the two space heaters in the winter.
