Rollins Lake Cabin

Great find close to lakes and river

Lovely place. We found the place very easily. Kitchen had everything to prep dinner. Space was warm and plenty of bedding and pillows. Super cool. It was raining so we couldn’t use the cute orange chairs in patio for outside stargazing. Next time we hope to. We were just thrilled staying warm surrounded by pines after our day snowshoeing in donner pass.

Rollins Lake Cabin

Second stay was even better!

Better than my Christmas stay because I got to spend so much time there. The hosts are so kind and due to snow that was coming, they let me check in 4 hours early so I could beat it. Good thing, too, as it came pretty steadily and driving in it would not have worked for me. I was given a local scone and it was delicious! I was very cozy and warm again. I love it here because of how peaceful it is. I did do the short hike to the reservoir before the snow came. Very cool to be so close to a recreational area in nature. Love it here and will return again this year at some point.

Rollins Lake Cabin

Amazing stay

This was absolutely the best place to wake up on Christmas morning. Christmas Eve was quiet and peaceful. The hosts gave me a pumpkin pie from a local farm. There was water in the fridge for me. I met Tim and he was delightful. I didn’t stay as long as I thought I was going to, but my overnighter was truly so blissful. I heard owls early in the morning and the sunset was INCREDIBLE. I could totally live in a space like that. So cozy and cute!!

Rollins Lake Cabin

I loved this little cabin near Rollin's Lake. It had everything you could want for cooking, bbq'ing, and resting in the little garden. It's super close to Lake Rollins and the drive into Nevada City and South Yuba River is easy too. Very sweet and calm little spot.

Rollins Lake Cabin

This spot is so great and our hosts were incredible. A private little house on the hosts’ property with all necessities and super kind and responsive hosts. We had a great outdoor area for grilling and dining, a comfy bed, and a very clean bathroom. What more could you want?

Perfect getaway spot

Exactly as described. This little cabin/studio is so cute!!! It had everything we needed for cooking. I wish we would of brought food to cook! We ate out but I wish we would have cooked there and used the grill for an outdoor dinner. Next time maybe. The hosts are super nice and were respectful of our privacy. Any questions were answered right away. They set the bar pretty high for any other hosts. Well mainatined private secluded property with lots of beautiful trees to sit and enjoy nature. Would very much recommend.
