Double M Ranch is non working 4 acres with spectacular views of Mt Garfield and the Bookcliffs. Mountain Biking, hiking, rafting, paddleboarding, OHV riding and wineries just minutes away. Wake up to beautiful sunrises each morning and also enjoy the evenings alpenglow. 30 amp electric. Water hookup. Wildflowers and prairie grass will be growing soon.Park your RV on a historic property and enjoy our views of Mt Garfield. Minutes from downtown GJ and outdoor activities galore. RV site is located at the back of our property which is also our private home and shop. Pets allowed but should be kept on leash as the property is not fenced. Water hookup and 30 amp service available at rv site. Propane fire pits allowed, but please no open fires.

This site appears to be a fairly new site as of 9/2023 and still being worked on. It is easy to get into, set up, and out of. As the spot is further developed I'm sure it will only get nicer. Kelly and Chris were accommodating hosts and a pleasure to talk to.

Mt Garfield View

We really enjoyed staying at the Mt Garfield site! The views were gorgeous! Our 28' trailer and truck fit great, the pad site is really nice, level and easy pull-through spot. 30AMP electrical means we could use the AC on the trailer and the location is close to town but feels like you are away from it all. We walked the dogs along the canal road and they had a blast too.
