13 acres in a very secluded location away from city noise. But still just minutes from Hanford where you can find anything you need to shop for.  Great camping area on seasonal Kings River. No other houses in view since we are located between 20 acres of almond trees and 30 acres of walnut trees. Very safe location with security in place.

Sequoia Viewpoint Oasis

Hi Hipcampers! We have 4 acres overlooking our farmland which has rotating corn, alfalfa and wheat. We offer dry camping for RVs, trailers and tents (at this time, we have just dirt to camp on. We allow you to pick your spot to camp! Our favorite spot would be to camp in the land right behind our backyard where we have a fire pit and access to our pool and backyard of trees, grass and outdoor half-kitchen and bar. We also have swings, a HUGE play area for the kids and it’s just beautiful to hang out and relax in.

Five Fours Camp in Three Rivers

2 sites · Tents2 acres · Three Rivers, CA
This is essentially a private campsite with a million dollar view! We are no longer opening the bunkhouse campsite; so that spot is now another area for your group to hang out! Three rivers, California is more of a small village than a town; where both the longtime and new residents are friendly and welcoming. Because 3R is the lower gateway of the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National parks, it gets enough tourist traffic to support some unique little restaurants and shops! Our hillside property has great mountain views on 2.25 serene stepped acres. Our driveway turns directly off of Sierra drive, four miles past the town center (3R post office) and just 2 miles from the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks entrance - so it's really easy to find! Five Fours Camp is up a private driveway, leaving the roadway below. You can't see it; but you can still hear the tranqual sound of the Kaweah River flowing across the street. Sorry, there is NO river access from this campsite. I know! We were heartbroken too when we found out we couldn't just cross the street and swim! You CAN go to Slick Rock and swim, boat, fish and more - about 8 miles away. My wife Elizabeth and I bought our log home in 2015 and we have been dreaming and building here ever since! Our beloved older dog Ruby was rescued shortly after we bought. Our boy Chance was rescued during the beginning of the pandemic. They chase all the fun wildlife off of their property! In addition to deer, we have seen fox, bob cats, an Ocelot, too many coyotes, wild turkeys and bear crossing an animal highway along our upper hillside property line. Hawks, hummingbirds, quail, blue birds, woodpeckers and Sime yellow bellied finches are regularly seen here all over as well. Owls have been heard; but not seen. We love our mountain views and look forward to sharing them with you!

RandCher Vineyards

3 sites · RVs100 acres · Caruthers, CA
You can take a video tour of our vineyards watching Mike Brewer's "World of Cars", Season 1, Episode 11 - A Pint in the Hand https://youtu.be/HAZiHdQVjcI?si=f41sKOIxBn0knodX Our families heritage in the San Joaquin Valley is over 100 years, we are California grown! The land was purchased from the railroad in 1919 by Grandpa Coen when he immigrated to the USA after his service to the British Empire during WW1. Grandpa established and maintained the vineyards during his life in California's Central Valley which he left to his daughter, Irene. She kept the farming tradition going with her husband, Al, and they expanded by purchasing surrounding land and planting more vines. Today their daughter, Cheryl, and son-in-law Randy, continues the family farming tradition for the next century.
