Primitive camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Our retreat camping is to enjoy and spend a night next to our vineyard in Cawston, Similkameen Valley and enjoy a bottle of wine (included in the price) from our winery (guests must be 19+) to receive the wine.
The camping is suitable for fully contained RVs and camper trailers, there are no services. We can accommodate vehicles up to 36ft in length. Cawston is a farming community, and many farmers grow their products organically.
We welcome guests who enjoy the wilderness, quiet and charm of this rugged, unpretentious valley and who are interested in the history and microclimates of this place, as well as in wine, of course! Cheers.

Camping on our property is available all year round! We are family-friendly and pet-friendly.
The camping is suitable for fully contained RVs and camper trailers, there are no services or amenities. We can accommodate vehicles up to 36ft in length.
The campsite is semi-private as it is beside the road (the road is not busy). One side of your RV is going to be facing the road. The other side has a view of the vineyard - that is the private side.
Please make sure to bring your own water and pack out your garbage!
There is no wifi or cell reception - this is a place to escape the city.
More about the winery:
Guests can come to our winery, we have samples of wines (depending on selection) available. Guests are welcome to stop at the winery, (or arrange to come at a certain time) to buy the wine, ask questions about our vineyard, growing practices etc. We provide short 15-minute vineyard tours - depending on season and availability. $10.00 per person and refunded when the wine is purchased. Our winery is generally open 11 am-4 pm every day, and there are variations of course.
Cawston is a farming community, and many farmers grow their products organically. Cawston is a small agricultural community made up of horse ranches, vineyards, orchards and packing plants.
The nearest town is Keremeos 8 km, Penticton 50 km, Osoyoos 40 km. There are recreational facilities and points of interest/amenities nearby. Similkameen Sip and Cycle is a biking rental company, there is a biking trail right here.
A couple of great cafes and restaurants such as Row 14 (2km), Klippers Organic Market and Cafe (2 km), and Honest Food Farm (6 km). There is a full-service butcher in Cawston (3 km), nestled among the farms - Randall's Craft Butcher
Activities nearby include wine touring, biking, sightseeing, walking, swimming in Similkameen River, visiting produce markets, and local town shops, and enjoying views and wilderness.
