Close to Stony Plain all paved all the way to town. We have horses and a dog. Campers have access to Saskatoon berries when in season (comes with site) and garden produce or microgreens for a price. We also have wood on site for purchase and fresh eggs. No water at the sites but water in the garage and a hose that reaches close to the sites and is potable water. Rv’s only at this time because there are no toilets.
There are two sites available, one is the horse pasture one is not but the horses can be moved to another pasture if you prefer that site. Or you can camp with them. The two sites are not connected you cannot see other campers. But we do have children who are on the property.This is an RV-only campsite! We can accommodate vehicles up to 30 ft in length and the site requires levelling. Both sites have their own picnic table and campfire. Campers can use water up at the house. Parking for vehicles is up at the house. Both sites are private and away from the house and the other site. Because we only hallow two sites you are getting a very large, mostly private area. This is not a busy campsite, these sites are intended for people looking for a quieter type of camping. We do encourage families as we do have children ourselves.
We are 3 min away from bubbles lake beach, 10 min from Jackfish lake and mink lake and 20 min from wabamun. 5 min from Stony Plain. We have horses on-site, we do not allow campers to ride but the horses are friendly and like to interact with people. Campers can interact with them and groom them under supervision. Campers can pick saskatoons when in season. (Included)Also available on-site for purchase are Wood, eggs, garden veggies, and MicrogreensThe hill is a common area for games for both sites as well as for our family. My daughter also uses the hill to practice riding and jumping. Sure #1 is at the top of the hill but away from it, you cannot see the hill from site #1. Site # 2 is at the bottom of the hill and you can see the hill from this site. We do live on-site and do interact with guests. If campers are looking for complete privacy and no interaction we ask that choose site #1 and state that you would likeTotal privacy upon booking or arrival.
