The lake is not owned by us, so we don't have access to fishing but we enjoy front row views. There is a dumping station for RVs 5 miles from our home. You are 27 mins from 4 cities (e.g. Royse City, Mckinney, Greenville, Princeton) with wonderful restaurants, entertainment, and places to shop. Dallas is about 45 mins away for even more fun! Our small farm ( in progress) is located in Farmersville and we have local stores and restaurants ten mins away from our property. We are surrounded by quiet and country.
