Enjoy local wineries and farm to table restaurants nearby. We allow dogs and horses! Our property is not fenced for dogs. Dogs to be well mannered or leashed during your stay. For RVs / Travel Trailers - - Our primary site has water and full 50amp service. We are able to provide a converter for from 30 to 50amp for this spot. - Our secondary spot is a covered RV Bay with water & 30amp service. This spot is large enough for the tallest 5th wheels and your slide outs. - Utilities are $35/night. We do not allow generators. For Tent / Car Camping - - Our primary spot for tent camping is on the front lawn, alongside the house. - We have a 1/2 bathroom with a toilet and sink available - If the day you are interested in shows as booked, we may still be able to accommodate you. The grounds includes a rodeo arena, display buildings (antique building, a commercial building, 4-H building), and open air pavilion for livestock shows, family reunions, and other community events. Hidden behind the main grounds is our small and quaint campground in a groomed grassy field. with a spectacular view of Mount Harrison. The Minidoka County Fair held the first week in August and includes a full week of events including entertainment, open class exhibits, food, rodeo, 4-H and FFA livestock shows. Numerous events are held at the fairgrounds throughout the year including Moto-X races, rodeos, auctions, 4-H events. weddings, horseshows, family reunions, and more. City of Rocks Retreat sites 8,9,10

The Retreat Juniper Tent/Van sites sit at the base of Green's Mountain nestled among the Junipers and Pinion pines. You will stay just outside the entrance to the City of Rocks National Reserve off the road that connects it to Castle Rocks State Park. Enjoy all the fun of camping under the stars with an amazing secluded location at the entrance to the City of Rocks. Enjoy Rock Climbing, Bouldering, Hiking, Biking, Fishing, and Hot Springs, all within a 5 minute drive! The Park is full all summer but you will have your own quiet base camp 2 minutes away. Sit around the fire pit at night and gaze at the amazing star filled sky. Sites 8, 9, and 10 are all in the same area and great for groups but still separated for plenty of privacy. Each site has a level tent pad, parking area for a car or van, and access to potable water, bathrooms, and garbage. We have now added a 15amp plug to each site to provide power for things like phone and laptop charging, air pump, medical devices, or other basics at no charge. Class B, Camper vans, or other vehicles that want to plug in to power will need to pay an additional $5 electric fee. No EV charging. Parking is allowed right at camp but no vehicles bigger than a van, and no trailers. No mosquitos here! PET FRIENDLY! This land has been in our family over 100 years. The Retreat has the closest campsites to the City of Rocks.

There’s also a great new swimming pool and park to visit with a playground. We are also located 15 minutes away from the world famous City of Rocks National Park and Castle Rocks National Park. We have beautiful sunsets almost every night. We also are 10 minutes away from the Oakley Reservoir which has great fishing and kayaking there’s plenty of mountain roads to adventure on and see wildlife.

We are 20 minutes west of Craters of the Moon National Park, 15 minutes from Silver Creek Preserve, 1hr from Shoshone Falls, 1hr from Sun Valley and 1 hr 30 minutes from Hagerman hot springs and fossil beds. Our 1/2 acre straw bale camp is open for two Hipcamp sites, divided by a natural privacy fence. There is plenty of space at camp for yard games, running around and playing! We live next door to camp and are kitty corner from the Oasis/Exxon station that provides RV dump, propane, fresh water, wifi and air fill up. We hope you enjoy your stay!
