Lot 46 is bright, cleared and located very close crownland, hiking, Atv and snowmobile trails, short drive to shores of babine lake, famous for fishing, salmon, incredible views and pristine nature. Close to Smithers, BC.Beautiful panoramic view of hayfields, an organic vegetable farm and the Bulkley River.We have over 50 acres with a stunning view of the mountains and river. One campsite is available for tent or RV/trailer campers (no hookups).Straight ahead to the west beyond the river is Hudson's Bay Mountain, to the north the Rocher Déboulé Range and to the South the Telkwa mountains.Very tame free-range grazing cattle are sometimes on the property. They are harmless but curious!Pets are welcome, campfires are permitted. Activities nearby include hiking, fishing, paddling, climbing, boating, and more.

We can accommodate vehicles up to 33ftin length and the site is flat.We have a lot of fun here! The property is suitable for families with children that love to explore. We have chickens (and roosters that crow) to provide farm-fresh eggs every day.We border the Det San Ecological Reserve (a nice little walk) and are very close to a boat launch and a swimming hole in the Bulkley River.Expect to see wildlife (moose, dear, bear) right on the property!
