Relax while the kids swim, fish or paddle the river.  The beaches of Yamba are only 40 minutes away and the beautiful mountains of the great dividing range can be seen from your camp site.Campfires permitted, but you must BYO firewood, or, I can provide you with firewood. Suitable for caravans, motorhomes, or any RV, 2WD's, tents, camper trailers and 4WD's with excellent all weather access straight off the main sealed road👍🏼 Lovely shady sites as well as plenty of open sunny pasture for your solar with use of shared port-a-loo in main camping paddock. You may also camp in the dam paddock (when available) if you have a 4WD however, you will need to be completely self sufficient with your own porta potty. Take your time here to explore our conservation property which has plenty of native flora and fauna to discover then head next door to the Glenugie State Forest which is a good place to hike, mountain bike, 4WD, hunt and bird watch. We live on site and will be in and out working on the property. As builders who love to use recycled items, we have made some pretty fun and interesting composting toilets and bathrooms for you to use and enjoy. We have our work cut out for us restoring the old Grafton Racecourse Beer Pavilion and the surrounding bush after years of logging and cattle grazing. We welcome you to have a fire, beers and explore as you wish. We are an easy going couple with no kids or pets, happy to leave you to it or show you around.

Our 40 acre property is home to four quiet, secure, exclusive river front sites on the mighty Clarence River. Boating, fishing and crabbing literally at your doorstep. And it's just a 15 minute drive into the towns of Yamba and Maclean. The campsites are situated right on the bank of the mighty Clarence River, perfectly suited for campers who enjoy the peace and quiet. Please note: Sites 1 and 2 are available for booking up to 3 months in advance. Sites 3 and 4 are only open for for booking up to 1 week in advance as long as the ground isn't too wet. Our property is inhabited by a few cattle and kangaroos, keep your eyes peeled and you may see the resident white kangaroo, Migaroo. The private boat ramp is accessible at the main house which is 100-200 metres from your campsite. You are welcome to make use of our canoe or kayak which are kept up at the main house. Pets are welcome but must be kept under control. Campfires are allowed permitting there are no restrictions in place. Each campsite has it's own firepit surround in which to light your camp fire. Firewood is available for purchase. Campers must bring their own toilet and be fully self sufficient. Leave the site as you found it and take all waste with you on departure. The campsite is accessible by 2WD and can accommodate caravans, campervans and camper trailers. The sites are generally level and grassy.

The large and grassy campsites are located on the banks of the Clarence River where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, water skiing and jet skiing. Guests staying with us are required to be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. Campers can launch a boat from the property to enjoy all the river has to offer. You can drive the boat to the Ulmarra Hotel nearby, they have a jetty where you can park and enjoy a feed and a drink. You also can take the Ulmarra Ferry and Drive to the Ulmarra Hotel for dinner or lunch. You can access the property via road from Grafton or via Ferry from Lawrence and Maclean. We are located just 11kms from Grafton should you need any supplies. Please note, caravans are not permitted on the Ferry but camper trailers are okay. We farm Hay on the property and do have some friendly cattle around who may wander past to say hello. Campfires are permitted outside of fire restrictions. Sorry, no pets.
