Juniper site is a small, intimate location for a couple tents, a van, popup, or a camper truck. There are a couple flat spots for your tent. This is a small spot that will fit two smaller size vehicles and a bit of leveling will probably be needed depending on where you park. If you have an extra car or two, there are places to park nearby. This site is right near a ranch trail that leads to the Colorado Trail. Named after the Mountain Juniper plant which surrounds the site. Junipers are a low shrub which have branches and roots growing every which way. The plant has prickly needles, but also pretty blue berries that are correctly called cones.

I loved camping here. We came from out of state and Deborah was so helpful with directions, along with some good places to see. The route to the site was beautiful. Thank you, Deb, for such a gorgeous place to stay!!
