Ronnie was very responsive ! Easy overnight spot on our way west. We were winging it and found Ronnie's hipcamp right before sunset ...wow great set up.: nice view of sunset to west and mountains to the east. We will be back on our next jouney west for sure! Thanks so much!

Ronnie was very responsive. Loved the parking spot and the views were wonderful and the donkeys adorable. If we get back to the area I will definitely request another stay.

Stopping every 200'ish miles a day going from east coast to west coast, you stay at a lot of places. This was one of our favorites for how chill it is and how much of a bonus the next door animals are.

Very easy to find, even in the dark! Sites well- marked. Quiet, Response time was timely. Beautiful scenery to wake up to- saw deer right out our camper. Water and electric were terrific to have available! Thanks, Ronnie!

Nice quiet spot. Wifi was great. The kids loved the donkeys, mule, and pony in the field next door.

Excellent spot for the night near Mesa Verde. Ron was great to deal with. Every question I had he was quick and responsive. The fact the sites all had full hookups were an added bonus.

Really awesome stay!! Wish I would’ve figured out WiFi password sooner, but everything was as described or better! Bring your water pressure adapter!

We had zero interaction with the host Ronnie which is okay with us the only reason we booked that site was for Wi-Fi and there was no wi-fi unless they just didn't share the password with us they do have water sewer and electric hookups and if you like camping in an open field with high winds this is a place for you .

Response from Ronnie, the Host, on July 15th, 2021

WIFI is always available and free to any guests. Guests have to request the password for the WIFI network to gain access. I do not know if you need it unless you request it. Sorry for that but thats my policy. I do not interact with guest because I am not around there everyday and I respect your privacy and want you to have a peacefull stay without a host hovering over you. I know I hate that when I go somewhere. As for the wind you must have caught it on a day or two that it was blowing because it does not do that all the time here. We have planted trees although young now they will help with shade and wind break if needed in the future. Thank you for your stay and safe travels.
