Set just east over Highway 285 from Kenosha Campground proper, Kenosha East Campground has additional sites among lodgepole pine and aspen trees that can accommodate larger trailers. You’ll enjoy this scenic, mountain getaway near one of the nation’s highest mountain passes with superb views of Mount Evans and Mount Bierstadt. The area is also revered by hikers, bikers and horseback riders for its access to the 471-mile Colorado Trail that extends from Denver to Durango. Choice fishing is available 10 miles yonder at Jefferson Lake.
