When you see the pictures the camper in that pictures is a 40' and as you see disappears in the field on the back corner of our property. there is plenty of room
We would like to keep the entry area open for people to come and go easier,
This is close to our neighbor so PLEASE respect the noise level after No generators after 9pm.
There is a lake by our property, but it is a private lake and CAN NOT be used. Sorry wish we could allow people on it, but they will not allow it.

Quiet, peaceful spot with a nice view. Easy drive into downtown Ft. Collins for dinner.
Just stayed at Danny’s open field in Fort Collins while we rode the FoCo Fondo. Danny made the whole process very smooth. Large level field with plenty of room. We had no trouble towing our travel trailer across it. Just 10-15 minutes drive from New Belgium Brewing and Old Town.

Incredibly grateful to have this spot to land. Beautiful meadow. Fabulous sunset and sunrise. Plenty of room for four camp spots/campers to spread out and have our own space. Felt safe. Woke up after a deep sleep to the sound of birds chirping and a sense of calm. Stretched out on the grass for yoga/meditation before hitting the road. I'll definitely stay here again.

Nobody should have to pay $35 to sleep in a field, and that a fact. Lower your price or I don’t recommend.
I am not sure I understand the negative comment? It is in the listing that it is an open field. Was there something missed in the description before you booked it?
We had a great nights sleep and recommend staying if you need a spot north of Ft. Collins. here are details:
- Easy in/out of the gate for our 25ft MH
- Communication excellent and while the host wasn’t available when we arrived there were no issues (instructions are clear and easy to follow)
- Big mowed field with several level spots
- Verizon/T-Mobile reception was slow/limited (no problem for us but not sufficient for digital nomads). Note the neighbor was coming home when we arrived and let me know about his dog Gus… barks a lot if sees people… again not an issue for us as we parked facing NE and we didn’t go outside in the morning.
The location met our needs and there were no issues.

We stayed here for about two weeks and greatly enjoyed our time! Camped with a 39’ coach and two other vehicles, 4 people, and 4 dogs. Danny was there to help when needed and graciously provided water when we needed some. The proximity to both Wellington and Fort Collins is also great.
What wonderful Hipcampers, could not ask for a better camper on our land. Thanks for staying with us, and always welcome to come back anytime.
Nice open field for hanging out in the sun. The host, Danny is a real cool guy. Woke up to the neighbors dog barking at 5:30am. Darn thing was non stop barking till we left an hour later.
