Great location right by a creek. Plenty of sieve for the dog to roam. Beautiful wildflowers
Such a beautiful place to camp! There’s a cute creek and being surrounded by so many trees and plants made the place so serene. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Thanks for coming Ariel! I was so glad to host you!
We loved the campsite! Camping among the aspen trees and by a creek. Will definitely go back. Slight road noise. Lots of mosquitos so bring spray. Really a great campsite!
Beautiful area! Fantastic Birch Trees and squirrels. The water was wonderful and great to walk in. Also we were pleasantly surprised by the stone circle- added an air of mysticism.
This is a cute little place just off the road- far enough into the mountains to feel like a getaway but close enough to Denver. It has tons of hiking options around it! Also the Aspens are soooo beautiful in this location. It’s a great camping spot to stop and stay at if you’re on the way to Utah or somewhere else further into the Rockies or for a while weekend of camping. It was a great find!
The campground is beautiful, is right next to a paved road, so access is super easy. You have to walk 100 feet or so from the parking to the campground. You can hear the cars driving by, but very low traffic. No big deal. Campground is under the trees, so you have shade all day long, however, there are no views, like the name of the place says, you are in a canyon. Because of the proximity to the creek and humidity, you will likely encounter mosquitoes, bring repellent. Overall, awesome place.
Being by the creek was beautiful. The site was clean and my dog had a great time running through the creek and around the trees! You can hear the occasional car, but it wasn’t loud or bothersome at all. There are a couple other sites nearby. With everyone being respectful, it still feels like being unplugged and away from crowds. Don’t forget bug spray!
The campsite was easy to find, and beyond cute and cozy.
We stayed at the enchanted canyon site, and it really did feel so enchanting. Watching the sunrise in the aspens will be something I never forget. Thank you Shawna for being so hospitable and friendly, I definitely want to camp here again!
