Aspen filled 3 acre lot with views overlooking the southern mountain range. Full deck with bench and table provided along with a propane fire pit to use even during dire bans. An additional farmhouse table has been added so you're able to spread out. Close to gold medal fishing, boating, paddle boarding, and lots of national forest land for OHV riding. Please note if driving a RV you'll need to back in. The driveway is relatively steep so in the rain backing a RV may be challenging. *Propane can be provided for an additional $25 per stay otherwise please bring your own propane canister*

      We really enjoyed camping here; it was a peaceful, relaxing and quiet location. It was beautiful and plenty private. Having the propane fire pit was so convenient! Our pups really enjoyed running around and exploring. We had a rainy evening, but still such a great time!

      Beauitful site and great host! Brandy was extremely responsive and helpful when our trip didn't go exactly as planned. We truly enjoyed our time and would recommend this place to others!

      Took my puppy here for her first camping trip and we both had a blast. The spot was great. It was easy to find, and Brandy was super-responsive.

      Beautiful view!
      Beautiful view! It was peaceful and of course Colorado pretty. Kind of an odd set up however. They have a wonderful large table to eat at yet it’s down the hill and basically not usable. No view at all. We did enjoy the flat area above and used a smaller table to cook on. This area had the beautiful view which is one of the reasons we booked.

      Watch the sunrise!
      Such a great place to car camp! You can hear the neighbors but can’t really see them. The camps set up in a place were you do get a lot of privacy. Open to the East for a great sunrise view!
