Not the same without prior owners
Overall, we had a great experience. However, for those who have been here before or are looking at the pictures: you should know that it has been sold to a new owner. We had fun: exploring the area, riding the bikes, looking at the alpacas. At the same time, I'm not sure we'll be back as it just isn't the same anymore without the wonderful owners who were the soul and character of the place. The sweet cows, hilarious goats, and friendly dogs are no longer there. It does seem a little less kept up with lots of foxtails (for those who have dogs).
Nice big campsites with lots of room which was nice for extra gear chemical toilet needed to be dumped outside of that I liked it
Campsite was nice and flat with grass. Very dispersed and far from other campers. Alpaca's were awesome and very curious.
Decided to stay at The Meadows’s Land for a night and my family and I were not disappointed. They have nice open spots that are lit up with solar lights at night. Each site has a campfire ring, picnic table, and one small tree for shade. Down towards the house they have a cleaning station and bathrooms.
If you don’t want to cook, you can take a 9 min walk to a great pizza place. That was nice to have at the site.
They also have Alpacas!! My child really enjoyed the fact that they were on site.
Cons but not really cons: - It can get quite windy which feels nice during the day. But night can get pretty cold.
- The road at night can be noisy sometimes. But still very peaceful at night.
Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and would gladly stay again. Book your stay!!

Great campsite. The alpacas were awesome to checkout. Each spot is well defined, lots of space, and super friendly host. The shared space for washing dishes is nice. Looks like an outdoor shower is imminent.
The camp host moved us from our reserved spot for zero reasons that I can see as the entire camp area was empty by doing this we were separated from our friends. The camp host then put other campers in our spot that we reserved so yes that made our stay undesirable to say the least. Everything else was nice no more complaints it’s a clean place close to town
