RV Site Full Hookups - 30ft & Under
Wow! We have never ever pulled in to place so clean and well set up. Just amazing. There is a very large swimming pool and a sauna available as well. The view from the hike up the hill is stunning

RV Site Full Hookups - 30ft & Under
This site is Beautiful! The facility is very clean and well kept. My wife and I had our first RV travel trailer trip this trip and the staff was so helpful. They help direct us to our campsite and gave us some tips for the rest of our trip. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t ask for more. Such a great experience.

Walk-in Tent Site
Just ok for tent camp site
The campsite itself was good, but if you’re not using their amenities like the pool I don’t think it’s worth the price. Also, given they have a bunch of luxury glamping tents and huts all around the tent camp sites it made the campground a lot louder. Big groups in the luxury camp sites were up hours past when the quiet hours started being really loud and obnoxious. I think the chances of that happening at a camp site with just tent sites is lower because those people are more likely to want to get a good nights sleep for the next day’s activities. All in all, it was ok but I won’t be going back

Drive-in Tent/Van Site
Beautiful & Well-Maintained
Our drive in tent site was very well leveled, with a small fire pit, charcoal grill and picnic table. A lattice fence also provided some privacy from the other terraced sites. It's a very beautiful spot with lots of trees. Lots of bathrooms spread around the whole property with showers, drinking water, and covered trash and recycle bins. Our site and a few others higher up the hill have a lovely view of some of the valley through the trees. There's also a 4 mile trail up to the top of Saddle Mountain that has great views of Carmel Valley.
We didn't make use of the pool, but it does look well kept.

Walk-in Tent Site
Great camping spot with showers and restrooms. You can get away from the daily routine and not turn into pig pen. Grocery store nearby and close to the city and some great hiking trails.

Drive-in Tent/Van Site
Great location to explore Carmel
The property is well-maintained and the bathrooms were kept clean - despite a bad storm making everything muddy. The drive-up camping sites are a mixed bag. Some, like ours wasn’t really suitable for a 20 ft sprinter. It took quite a shuffle to get in an not block access to the adjacent site. Other sites were more spacious. The site had a great firepit for duraflame logs and a new BBQ We enjoyed the trail behind the sites - 4 mile loop up to the summit and my dog could roam free
