Treat you and your partner/friend/companion to a full weekend of self-care, rest and relaxation with this Healing Retreat Package! This retreat requires a full weekend stay, Friday through Sunday, at Silver Moon Springs. Book your campsite for at least 2 - 3 nights or more to allow ease of scheduling your personal healing sessions! Your Personal Healing Retreat Package will include the following: ~ A Phone Call to set a Theme for your Retreat & to Schedule Sessions ~ 1.5 Hour Partner Yoga Session ~ 30 minute Partner Blessing & Anointing ~ 30 Minute Shamanic Sound Bath Journey for each of you separately OR a 1 Hour Partner Shamanic Journey or Relaxing Yoga Nidra ~ 1 Hour Thai Yoga Foot Massage for you and your companion separately ~ Passes to 2 Live Virtual Group Yoga Classes the week after your visit. ~ Late Checkout option for a relaxing last day! Want to substitute one of the types of sessions for another? Just let me know when you check in. We can tailor the retreat content to be what feels most nourishing to you. For example: Make all 3 sessions Yoga or different styles of Yoga. Or make all the sessions Relaxing Yoga Nidra sessions. The passes to 2 Group Virtual Yoga classes will be given to you at the end of the retreat so you can be inspired to incorporate the healing self-care practices of your Retreat into your daily life! I teach these classes weekly on Wednesdays & Fridays 8:45-10:0am PST, available over Zoom. You can use your 2 passes at anytime after the retreat. We will set up a phone call prior to your arrival so we can discuss your desired intentions or vision for your Retreat experience. I will take all your input into consideration and weave it into the theme of each Healing session we do together. We will schedule your Healing sessions for the weekend so that you can arrange times for resting, hiking, exploring or any other interests you personally want to incorporate into your weekend. I guide you through relaxing every part of your body, through the breath and mind until you arrive in the tranquil, quiet and restful place in-between the state of wakefulness and sleep. 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is said to be more effective in restoring the body that many hours of actual sleep. I typically use Essential Oils to help prepare the conscious and subconscious body for the relaxing journey. Optional Add-on: ~ A 1/2 to 1 Hour of Yoga prior to Yoga Nidra is highly recommended! It will allow your body and mind to relax more deeply. ~ A Shamanic Journey is a lovely addition to Yoga Nidra. I recommend a 1/2 Hour added on to 1 Hour of Yoga Nidra.
