Welcome Hipcampers! PLEASE read all of the below before booking!  Please be advised that if you do not have Verizon wireless, you will lose service at some point! Please read/screenshot/print the BELOW DIRECTIONS and we are always here to help before you lose service! We have over 10 acres of stunning campground nestled only 15-20 minutes from the North entrance to the Sequoias!  We have multiple sites to accommodate every type of camping from tent camping to tents-attached-to-cars and trucks, to pop-up campers to RVs with power and water hookups and RV sites without power and water. Please see our RV hook up spaces on our sister post! (RV sites at Sequoia Mountain Farms) Site numbers are not used...which allows you to pick any open area on the 10 acres. We have many sites made for you to choose from! There are wonderful views down into the valley, at night with sunsets off-the-hook, and city lights twinkling in the valley distance. Pick your spot and enjoy! First come-first serve, with multiple sites for large groups. The house/ lodge is now open for all campers to access!!!! Amenities include; full kitchen with light cookwear, coffee press (and free coffee), refrigerator, bathrooms, showers, TV, board games, bbq, and WI-fi (please add extra for access). Please bring your own soap, towles, spices and accesories. Please make yourself at home! You are welcome to come right in and make coffee or breakfast! DIRECTIONS: The Pinehurst Lodge is on google, an easy reference point and is 1 minute away (great burgers, usually open from 2 to 9 pm, but call for hours because they change). Also, navigator apps push anyone coming from the south up the 245 highway. It is a very windy and slow climb up the hill. Totally doable (except large rigs), but we recommend continuing north on the 99 to fresno and then heading east on the 180. Its a faster and much smoother drive. Also, it takes you right by the nearest gas station on your way up! When you arrive look for orange cones and solar lights easily viewable from the road. There is 3 gates. The one that leads to the lodge and upper camp sites will also allow you to go down to the lower campgrounds, but it is a little steep for coming back up. Directly to the right of that gate is the RV hook up sites gate. To the right of that is the lower campgrounds gate. Coming east on the 180 out of fresno, the last gas station is Vallero at 35468 E Kings Canyon Rd. aka Clingins Junction. From Clingins, head east on the 180 for exactly 9.8 miles to the 245 highway, make a right, heading south. If you hit the park entrance, you went too far, turn around. Once on the 245, go 5 miles south. On your right you will pass the Pinehurst Lodge and then the Pinehurst "worksource center" and we are just past that on the same sode of the road. You can see the apple ranch with an ole chiminey from the late 1800s in the front yard directly off the highway (its actually just a country road)! If you hit the 'leaving sequoia national forest' sign and the community center, you went too far. There are many tent sites around and behind the house and plenty of parking! To get to the lower sections of the camp, please walk the road to make sure your vehicle can get back up first! The gradual road has been traveled by many 2wd vehicles and RVs with zero people getting stuck, but plesse if you're not comfortable, plesse feel free to park anywhere up top and walk to your site down below. There are 2 lower roads. The one furthest from the house is the most gradual. Signs are posted. When wet after a rain 4x4 is required to access the lower sections and get back up. Please check the weather before your stay. Please message us for any questions! We are happy to help! We look forward to seeing you soon at Sequoia Mountain Farms!!! :)

We didnt end up making it to the campsite because the wildfires in the area got really bad and it was too smoky to sleep outside. We were super bummed, but Andrew the host was SUPER understanding about it, which was a huge bonus. We will definitely plan a trip for non-fire season to check this place out :)

We had a great stay at Sequoia Mountain Farms! Although our trip was cut short by the wildfires, we still enjoyed our time at the campsite and at Sequoia NP and King's Canyon NP. The entrance to the park is only about 20-25 minutes away, which was very convenient for us! The campsite itself has plenty of space to spread out, although we were the only campers here during our stay. The kitchen and bathroom/shower at the main house was very clean and has everything you need!
Andrew was amazing with communicating with us before and during our trip. He made sure everything was alright with our trip considering the fires. We did lose cell service during our trip, so make sure you screenshot the directions.
Overall great stay and would highly recommend Sequoia Mountain Farms to anyone!

Wonderful place! Very peaceful, beautiful view, convenient location for many adventures, and very comfortable lodge house with excellent facilities and accommodations. Exactly the stop you need in the middle of a long camping trip.

Their two outdoor kittens are super adorable, mischievous and friendly, and also seem to fend well for themselves. They have food and water, so don’t feed them or let them into the house (and they will try to get into the house). They enjoyed hanging around and playing with us, and wanted to explore our camper van - which was fine with us but if it wouldn’t be fine with you then make sure to keep your doors closed at all times. (One of them tried to stow away under the seats in our van, so we had to spend some time digging her out before we drove off). I am not a cat person but I really enjoyed hanging out with these hilarious kittens. If you really do not like cats, they will probably come check you out and then leave you alone if you don’t engage them.

Highly recommend staying here if you plan to adventure into either Sequoia or Kings Canyon NPs. Mark was a great host, even during a very busy weekend he was there to greet us at night and show us around the campsite and the facilities. The kitchen space and bathrooms are available to campers, super clean spaces, and enough room for everyone to use. Mark gave fantastic recommendations and was always around for advice or to lend a hand! Also highly recommend checking out the Pinehurst lodge 1 min up the road for after hike drinks and burgers!!

I was there during Labor Day weekend. Very busy and a lot of folks got cancellation from the National Forest campground due to risk of fire so they all flooded here. But Mark and Linda on behalf of Andrew was really nice and awesome, try to help us out as much as they can. Highly recommended!

Andrew and his team of hosts were fantastic! It was a busy weekend and they did everything they could to make it as enjoyable as possible. I loved having the house available for bathrooms, showers, cooking, and just relaxing. They were also very conveniently located right next to King’s Canyon and very close to Sequoia!
