Nice place! Super friendly host. Unfortunately due to fire ban there was no gas fire pit. Will book again next year!

The Oak campsite at the cove was perfect for our Labor Day river trip. The site is shaded and private, and close enough to the beach for raft put-in and take-out. Aaron and Curt were friendly, accommodating, and eager to help however they could. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time! Aaron was very conscientious about ensuring that we had a good experience. We loved having access to the river, watching it change as the water release from the dam changed, and enjoying the sunsets from the beach.
He provided a large shade structure, with lots of picnic benches, a propane fire pit and a sink with running portable water. We are used to more primitive camping, and it was lovely to have access to showers and flush toilets. Honestly, the Porta potty’s were closer and plenty clean. We did some gold panning, river floating and exploring. It was grand!
