Peggy’s place was a dream and she was a super responsive host ! This was one of the best glamping experiences we have had :) the tents and the mattress were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep! The animals and ranch were beautiful and the the private pool with fun inflatable floats was the icing on the cake! The night sky was breathtaking. We loved everything about Peggy’s hipcamp and cannot wait to return !!!
What an amazing place
Peggy’s ranch is spacious, the tents are very comfortable, well ventilated (gets hot during the day there), and bedding was super comfortable
The pool area is perfect - really big pool, plenty of seating and shade, and the pool house has toilet, shower, sink, fridge + lots of towels
At this point it’s definitely glamping rather than camping :)
The goats were cute, and quiet. We didn’t explore the ranch much but Peggy also has horses and a few dogs
Peggy was also super nice welcoming us and giving us tips of where to go around
I’m definitely planning to go back there with more friends
This place is simply magical. Peggy is a wonderful host, my partner and I felt welcomed and relaxed from the second we got there.
The sprawling property, animals, mountain views , pool area (with a gorgeous hammock) made for a dreamlike weekend.
The tent is very well done, comfortable and a true glamping experience, without straying too far from the rustic feel.

My colleague Rodolfo had a great stay with Peggy. Here's what he had to say: Peggy's Hipcamp was comfortable, super peaceful. The tents are very private and the sleeping setup is super nice. Peggy had recommendations for restaurants nearby and grocery stores, which was convenient for a pizza or a beer. There is also a gas station nearby, which is super useful. I brought my thermal underwear to sleep and it was vital because it got so cold at night (in mid-May). The blankets that Peggy provided helped and I had a beanie to sleep.
This was such a great stay! Everything about Peggy’s place was wonderful- Peggy was communicative and easy to chat with before and throughout our stay. The tents were spacious and well set up (with very comfy beds), and Peggy left extra blankets since it was a bit chilly. The pool area was a great surprise- I’d definitely plan another visit just to stay and hang around the property!
Anna and her friend's were lovely. They were heading to Harbin Hot Springs the following day so they were here for a short stay . They were self contained and left the place spotless. Would welcome them back anytime.
When we arrived at the site we were so shocked at how stunning the place was, we immediately asked if we could book the next night!! I've told all my family and friends that they need to put the Ramblin Rose on their bucket list. Peggy has done an amazing job to really GLAM up the camping experience. The pool is a gorgeous oasis with plenty of sunshine and comfortable chairs. We saw so many hummingbirds enjoying her flowers around the pool area it was such a treat. There is a barn next to the pool with a full bathroom and a kitchenette area that also has a full sized working fridge! The tents are larger than I expected, I was able to stand up in them and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed on a very windy day/night but we still slept very comfortably. Near the tents she has a large fenced off area for her very cute sheep. She also has two horses that we were able to pet. Honestly the best glamping experience I've ever had!!
Ashley and her group were perfect guests and I just loved their enthusiasm for the ranch. The extra night allowed them to enjoy poolside time as well as have adventure in the wine country. Look forward to seeing them back at RRR!
Peggy was an absolutely amazing host. The property was stunning and the amenities were unparalleled. About 40min from the heart of Napa Valley, it was perfect for us. Thanks so much for sharing this amazing place with us, we are already planning our next trip to come back!
